A chess tournament was held as part of efforts to organize the leisure time of participants of the 7th Diaspora Youth Summer Camp in a meaningful and productive way.
The tournament, which brought together 24 participants, featured strong competition and engaging matches. Murad Abdulla, a participant from the Netherlands, emerged as the winner.
Participants who excelled in the tournament received prizes from Bestcomp Group, News Cover reports, citing Azerbaijan's State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
The competition contributed to promoting a healthy spirit of competition among young people, developing analytical and strategic thinking skills, and increasing interest in intellectual sports.
