An exhibition featuring the participation of more than 160 associations was held in the French city of Laval.
At the event, young volunteers from the Turkish and Azerbaijani Association presented Azerbaijani culture, national values and traditional cuisine, News Cover reports, citing Azerbaijan's State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
Visitors to the Azerbaijani stand had the opportunity to look through books and brochures providing information about the country’s history, music and cultural monuments. Guests were also offered a variety of traditional Azerbaijani dishes.
The samples of Azerbaijani national cuisine were met with great interest by participants. Visitors praised the distinctive features of Azerbaijani and Turkish cuisine and expressed their gratitude to the young volunteers.
The event made an important contribution to promoting Azerbaijani and Turkish culture, traditional cuisine and youth volunteer activities in France.
