At the Azerbaijani House located in Kraków, Poland, a seminar dedicated to employment and career development was held for compatriots.
The seminar, jointly organized by the “Xarı Bülbül” World Azerbaijanis Cultural Association and the Azerbaijani House, focused on the requirements of the modern labor market, job search strategies, and professional development opportunities.
Participants were provided with practical knowledge on properly preparing CVs and motivation letters, effective self-presentation in job interviews, employers’ expectations from candidates, creating a successful LinkedIn profile, and job opportunities in international companies, News Cover reports, citing Azerbaijan's State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
The seminar also allowed participants to directly communicate with HR specialists, listen to their professional recommendations, and receive answers to their personal questions. Useful advice was also shared on teamwork, leadership skills, time management, and professional networking.
Young compatriots stated that the seminar would contribute to their future career development and help them enter the labor market in a more prepared way.
